At Bride Tribe Events, we want your celebration to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened event supplies. Please note that personalized items and custom party favors are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
